The Custom Seafood facility was a purpose designed facility for the clients business and operational requirements, exporting and distributing both live and frozen Seafood locally and internationally. The development consisted of a 2 Storey office block, Cold room and freezer storage, live fish holding area, processing room, mezzanine floor storage, packing area and a loading and unloading area.

Situated in the rapidly expanding Brisbane Airport precinct, Café Lomandra was developed to service the surrounding airport business district. The project was a two part process of combining an existing structure with a fresh design brief. The finished product consists of a lightweight steel and metal clad layered outdoor dining area, combined with an indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The 6,500sqm warehouse was designed for large scale goods storage and distribution, featuring a high bay racking and picking system that enabled fast dispatch to transport services. A 625sqm two storey office was designed to convey a strong corporate image.

Situated in the Wondall Business Park the warehouse and office was designed as a dual tenancy building. It functions as a medium scale goods and storage warehouse with a connecting ground and first floor office component. The office exterior is a mix of metal clad awning fins that frame and break the façade, combined with extruded aluminium blades that act as sun and privacy screens over the full height glazed walls.
