A proposal has been approved for a material change of use for a mixed use development application on a 5.561 ha site, located on Dreamworld Parkway, Helensvale.

The basis of this proposal is to create an urban centre, to promote and fulfil a social development need and service to the local community that will support and sustain its living requirements.

This proposed mixed use precinct creates an opportunity for an integrated development comprising of residential, commercial, retail and public use. With the sites strong connection to the Coomera River and canal water frontage, the lifestyle and public amenity is an integral part of the identity and sense of place in which this proposal aims to develop and create.

This development aims to contribute to the community and create a sustainable living hub for the internal inhabitants and provide a social node for the external neighbouring communities.
